Mplex Technology
The MegaPlex (MPLEX) is an enterprise content management system that allows businesses to effectively manage their page content, documents, RSS Feeds, podcasts, video, and other media. The system provides business users with instant access to information and other resources.
When information is readily available, employees are able to make better business decisions and perform smarter. Mega Input Data Services, Inc. has designed the MPLEX to include content management, document management, SAP, PeopleSoft, enterprise search, podcasts, and enterprise content integration.
Mega Input Data Services, Inc. uses the MPLEX to power this website as well as its helpdesk tool (MDESK), its project management system (eMI™), and its other company websites. The Indiana Minority Business Magazine uses the MPLEX to power its main website (http://www.imbmonline.com) and its other seven websites. Due to its customization capabilities, the MPLEX allows them to update information in on place and display articles on particular websites, and update the RSS feeds on each of the sites.
