Opportunity
A division of a major hospital network in Indianapolis, Indiana sought a software solution to assist with the workflow and paper processing in their office. The software solution that was purchased through another vendor was not keeping up with the daily demands of the business; forcing the staff to utilize paper forms and Excel spreadsheets to capture the data that they wanted. This caused significant delays in both the time it took to accurately record data and to report it to upper management and physicians.
